The CanDo over-the-door single-pulley exerciser is used to increase shoulder range of motion. The pulley exerciser has a swivel hook for seamless pulley action and large foam handles for a comfortable grip. The extra-long rope allows for use in either the stnading or seated position. This pulley (50-1023) comes with a door jamb anchor nub (door strap) and is an economical and lightweight shoulder pulley solution.
