The arm escort is designed for people with hemiplegia to use instead of a regular arm sling. It protects and supports the hemiplegic arm during all aspects of functional mobility. The two-piece design consists of a wrist support and a heavy duty cotton belt. The wrist support attaches to belt with hook-and-loop and detaches when not needed, making it easy to put on and take off.
