This is not an item one wants to acknowledge wearing but due to a medical condition I wear these under clothing so as not to embarrass myself when out in public. And the pool is definitely one of the more embarressing places to have an accident. i would be mortified if that were to happen!!! I've not worn them swimming but if you have incontinent bowels and that stops you from spending much time in public, you can wear these with confidence. I will be getting up the nerve soon as we have a family reunion at a resort with a pool. I would be so sad if I couldnt join in the family conversations. So I will give them a go! Wish me luck.
