Select 2604 Disposable Absorbent Underwear offers the convenience of underwear and the absorbency of a disposable brief. The underwear features a breathable outer layer and an ample, full-rise waist panel that allow for a comfortable fit. The spandex leg gathers for comfort and freedom of movement. Tear-away side seams allow for easy removal. The underwear also feature Kufguards for leakage protection and bowel containment. This product is for our disabled son. We had previously been using Attends Overnight Briefs with adjustable tabs, but these seem to work better for him as they stay up better. this products are very absorbent, much better than any other brands....and we have tried many!
