I have come across this brand of diapers and I plan to only purchase tranquility from this point forward. This brand of adult diaper will not disappoint, it is very well designed! Price and performance are not an issue at all! You just can't go wrong with the Tranquility all throught hte night product. The pull ups are very good for daytime control, but not recommended for night time containment. (that is why they have this all through the night)This adult diaper, with side tapes, is still the way to go for economic overnight dryness, refasten tape is good for one extra snug up! 1st rate build quality, superior moisture barrier and capacity plus leg gathers make it a winner in my book.

My eight year old son is still having accidents at night, and he's rather large and the brands in the store no longer fit him. I'm so happy I found these briefs. They fit him well and do a great job of keeping his bedding dry!
