This underwear is compact enough to fit perfectly under clothing. If you are looking for discreet wear you have found it. It doesn't have plastic that can make a krinkly noise and even though accidents haven't been frequent, the absorbancy provides security when a toilet isn't readily available. Although the underwear is expensive, it is the best insurance to avoid socially embarassing situations for men who are still active and have "leakage" concerns. I highly reccommend this and hope people give it a try. you have a life to live after all!

I am a nurse in a nursing home and these adult diapers are very reliable. The full rise waist are great as well as the tear apart seams when we need them.
