The product was delivered on time, however an essential part is missing. The mask does not include the elastic strap/rope needed to secure it properly, which makes it inconvenient to use—especially for a child. The instruction manual clearly shows the mask with a strap, so it appears this component should have been included with the product. Please address the missing part.

Purchased for my son that has asthma. The product seemed good except is extremely hard to use and close the canister because of a blue attachment piece inside the canister. The piece is very hard to attach and have the canister close, it takes a lot of time adjusting to get the canister to close. After about 2 months one of the arms on the blue piece broke and the canister could not stay attached without it. I contacted Omron and they said it was not covered by the warranty. I'm not sure if I got a defective piece because I can't imagine anyone would use this if it's so difficult. I worked as a nurse and no nebulizer has been this difficult to use. The ordering process for this website was however easy and on time.
