Received our order and was excited about using it. But was disappointed
The scale does not zero out after using and is not smooth when rotating to your weight. I went out and purchased a digital scale one day later.
Two different weights. I also used my dumbbells to make sure the scales were accurate the digital showed the correct weight and the one I purchased from the online store different weight three different times. I had to reset each time I tried to get an accurate reading. The digital scale I purchased was a fourth of the price. Very dissatisfied.

This is a great professional scale that is true to product description. The first one that I received had a defective pointer. I called the customer service number and they sent me an excellent replacement meter. Then they emailed me a prepaid label th return the defective scale.
