Description

The C Series comes in a variety of five different sizes and capacities listed below. The cans are flame retardant, have a self-closing lid for sanitation, heavy gauge stainless steel for easy cleaning, and full width hinges for long-term use. An optional handle and wheel kit is easy to install and makes the larger cans easy to move. Detecto also includes free bio-hazard and infectious waste adhesive labels to meet OSHA labeling requirements.

I’ve wanted a heavy-duty sealed waste container for some time and the step-on activated lid is a bonus.

This is the type of purchase for those who want the best! It is made specifically for commercial settings. I use detecto scales and receptacles in my doctors office. They are made in the U.S.A. They use heavy gauge steel that is unlikely to ding with normal use; in fact, it is much thicker than that on my car. Areas for improvement would include the noise made from the lid and the risk to children's fingers on closure. This is one of those products that will stay around in the family for generations. I will continue to buy from them as long as they are U.S. made!
