I've worn these for about 6 weeks and I love them, they fit well and hold a lot especially when I use a booster pad, I've worn these to bed with a booster pad and have not had any leaks, It depends on my time away from the house, if a short time, I don't use a pad, a trip that lasts over 2 hours, I will use a booster pad. Over all I believe that this a very good product for heavy wetters, they are soft and comfortable. very satisfied. thank you.
