I work in a warehouse and we require all our workers to wear back supports and this is the one we choose. Hands down it's the best one out there! It helps everyone remember the proper lifting technique and it stays in place all day long.

I injured my back in the summer of 2005, this was shortly after I had started practicing yoga positions. I had spent my youth playing sports, and most recently , running and weight lifting. A lifetime of contact sports gave me three herniated discs in my lower back. They caused acute low back and sciatic pain radiating down to my left knee. I was in pain all the time, even in my sleep. The pain was so ofter some days that my wife had to put my shoes on my feet. It was excruciating to go to work, to rest, to sleep, to walk, to drive. ANYTHING! I went to the doctor and he told me I had a few options: live with the pain, undergo a discectomy or take cortisone shots for the rest of my life. At this point, I had begun to practice at a new stuido. That is where I met this amazing instructor that introduced me to lumbosacral belts. She tried hers on me and I wore for a few days and like pure magic I began to feel relief! I swear and live by this product!
