After my pregnancy I wore Better Binder. It helped get my abdominal muscles get back to feeling like they were pre pregnancy. I read that it stabilizes excessive joint motion in the pelvis and remodels the belly. When i saw that it will help get my belly back in to shape I had to try this out especially since I had 4 Csections. It is is cool. Nobody knows I have it on. It can be worn under clothing!!!!!!!!
