I'm petite and have been carrying my baby really low this pregnancy. This is my 4th pregnancy. The Lil' Lift has been such a lifesaver for me! I wear it from morning to night. It helps alleviate the pressure and the weight from my bladder, and gently gives back support, too. You can hide it pretty well under clothes. It makes teaching very easy now. I am not constantly worried that the pressure is too much for me to handle. I highly recommend this item.
