I am an average body type. I am on my 5th pregnancy and I am a runner. I was having issues running as I am entering my 5th month. My dr suggested I check out this website and check into some of the Core products. I found this. I ordered this. It is a great product. It is helping me with my issue of feeling like im gonna drop this baby out of me. It really holds me in. I have started running again at a slow jog pace and it is comfortable. I highly highly reccomend this product.
