I had to buy a wrist split for my high school daughter that while playing vollyball fell on her wrist! Oh she was in a ton of pain. She cried and we saw someone at the ER and it just was a bad sprain with contusions and she will be fine with rest and asprin. I was told I needed to buy a wrist splint also. It would help with the healing also.
