After having a very severe car accident with no injuries but horrible whiplash I wear this every day. It could have been a lot worse, my car was totaled. I like this because this comfortable foam collar reminds me to not whip my head around and to keep it still and stiff even at the most inopertune times. So far I am surviving this but I thank my lucky stars for this could have been a lot worse and I wouldnt be typing this today.
