This item has an extremely durable fabric cover. I use this all the time. I have one in the car. One in my home office and one in my actual office. I have 4 young children and when I am not working at home they like to sit in my office chair and go on the computer! Well needless to say that home office rest takes a beating! We are washing it quite often! It is a great product if it has survived my family!!!!!
