Air pump and instructions included. Laundering instructions: Hand washing and drying: 1. Soak in lukewarm water using mild detergent. 2. Continue to press or flush water though until clean. Press out an excess water. 3. Rinse in clean water removing detergent and soil. 4. Press out excess water and drip dry flat. Do not hang or filling will settle. 5. Refluff when thoroughly dry (punching action on diagonals).
