I have 2 words for you. BUY THIS. I had two herniated cervical discs and was made to sleep on my back for months until I got this pillow! It allows me to return back to my side sleeping position without major neck and shoulder pain! It is so much cheaper than other models I have looked into! It is a little on the firm side, but trust me, you get used to it real quick and now I sleep like a baby!
