I developed a bunion on my small toe after many years of hard core running. I now run about 50 miles per week. This silicone gel item has given me the best relief.It keeps soft and it really cushions the friction between my small right toe and the running shoe. I use two devices for total relief. First I put the "toe-tube" over the small toe then this bunion guard on. I totally forget I have this bunion. This gets my approval. I am ordering a second set for myseflf and another set for my son! Releif never felt so good.
