I learned after the purchase that I needed a bedside toilet rather than the elevated toilet seat on legs. But the return shipping cost and restock fee would cost almost as much as the purchase price, so I ended up keeping thIs item even though I no longer needed it.

The quality of the product is very good, however, it is too small for a standard elongated toilet, And the legs are too short. You need to specify that it only fits an old fashioned standard round toilet. I had to return it and pay over $15 for return postage. Not happy about that!

Easy to set up. We had no problem with the legs not being balanced as others did. I guess our toilet is lower.

This elevated toilet seat is the most sturdy one I've found! I've tried a few with my father and this is the only one he hasn't complained about! It's not only sturdy, but the seat is large enough to be comfortable, it fits around the existing toilet and the handles are comfortable and sturdy enough to actually use to lift yourself up. He can use the bathroom again without assistance thanks to this seat!
