If you want precise weight measurements this is the scale to get. Repeatable measurements that are accurate to 0.2 pounds.

I purchased my Seca 876 on Jan 19, 2012, 3-1/2 years ago, and I've been entirely pleased with the purchase. I can step onto the scale five times in a row, and see the same weight reported every time. Besides that excellent repeatability, I really like the scale's clean teutonic appearance.I'm not so impressed with the mother-child function (or owner-cat function in my case). The resulting readings aren't so reliable because the tare operation doesn't work reliably. Instead, I just weigh myself alone, then weigh myself with my cat, and calculate the difference.

A great feature of mothere/child button. The parents don't have to put their baby in a cold scale, they can hold them! I just love this option.
