At my salon and spa we were having issues with the first set of face cushions because they were so hard and the clients did nothing but complain. I was assured that when I bought these after a first few uses they would soften up. Well we used them and used them. They never got any softer. So my boss went to a show in the city and saw wholesalepoint.com as a vendor. We were able to try some of the products and this was one of them. it started off the perfect quality. No need to flatten or beat up to make it fuction propperly! I was very happy and so are out happy clients!
