Too much pillow. Even with "Petite" size there is too much pillow around the indentation were you put the head. Helped slightly with stiff neck.

I see chiropractor once a week. He recommends this petite size for women and children. I am 5'0" but NOT petite and this is the perfect size for me. It took me a few days to get used to this pillow and I kept going back to my other one throughout the night but after a week now of using only this one I have noticed a big difference. I would get shoulder pain during the night and my hands would tingle but this pillow has helped with both of those issues and a few other issues not mentioned! Please Make sure you use it correctly, though! The middle area is for sleeping on your back and the sides are for when you are sleeping on your side. It works well because if you start on your side and then roll onto your back in the night then the pillow perfectly adjusts (and vice versa). You just needs to make sure you are using the right part of the pillow when you first fall asleep. This is a dream pillow. no pun intended haha!

I am petite (5' 3" and 100 lbs.) and have degenerative disk disease in my neck so I thought I'd give this pillow a try. Am I glad I did! What a lifesaver it's been. I have tried every pillow on the market - firm, soft, feathers, foam, and nothing has helped me sleep like this one. I have slept great since the first night. The pillow supports my neck no matter what position I'm sleeping in - my side or my back - and I wake up refreshed and pain free!

Headaches are part of my daily life. Being tired of taken pain pill after pain pill my drs suggested that I look into a core pillow.
