This pillow by far is the only pillow type I can get good rest on ever since I first tried it. I had an older model that I used for years, now gave it to my sister, she also love it and became hooked real fast! I will be ordering another for her soo!!! My chiropractor suggested this pillow to me a few years ago. This pillow does take about a week or so to get used to like anything else that's new.I ended up buying one on my first trip to his clinic. I was told I had a military neck, where the curvature isn't quite the norm. I had bad migranes which were caused by tension in the neck area. This pillow made most of the tension and migranes go away. I moved out of country a while back and most of my items went into storage along with my 1st pillow. A few months ago I had surgery on my right shoulder and had trouble sleeping on a regular pillow. I'd given a couple pillows a try and still was aching. Then I remembered this pillow. I went to Amazon to see if they had it since you can find about anything on the site. I ordered it about a month ago and have been sleeping on it since. The shoulder doesn't ache and I get a good nights rest without accidently rolling onto my bad shoulder. I've convinced my physical therapist in buying one too. I've suggested this pillow to many and all that have gotten one love it.

I bought this based only on about 20 minutes online researching. I have been waking up with neck aches for a long time now. Constantly trying to "crack" my neck to release the pressure. What a pain. So I bought this pillow in standard firmness. I am a back sleeper. First couple days I slept great! My neck pain is gone. Hasn't returned. I ordered this pillow months ago. I sleep on my back so the pillow is supporting my neck but lets the head sit lower than normal pillows, something I was hoping existed until I found this pillow. The pillow is two sided. On one side the neck support is not as robust, on the other, it is thicker. The theory is once you get used to the thinner side, then move to the thicker side. Personally, 3 mos into it, the thin side is just better for me. I just haven't gotten used to the thicker side yet but plan to keep trying! Thank you! It is a great pillow design.

I am absolutely in love with this pillow. I severely injured my neck in a wake-board fall. This resulted in a, now, total of 7 surgeries and counting...I was struggling at night with a regular pillow. It was suggested to me by my neuro surgeon that I should look into a pillow that offered better support form my cervical spine (neck). I did tons of research (I am a nurse) and decided on this pillow. It has really been amazing!!!! It has reduced the discomfort I was experiencing at night secondary to the mal-alignment that was occurring from the prior pillow I had been using. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with a cervical spine problem. It has two sides for a thicker or thinner support system depending upon your anatomy. Well constructed. It is holding up so well-not losing it's shape. Thank you. The product is by far more than I expected.

I was in a car accident years ago and I've tried many Orthopedic pillows since my neck was injured. My pain has decreased by about 80% since I started using this pillow. I have not experienced this with any of the other neck rolls or orthopedic pillows that I have tried. As an aside, I also purchased an inversion table and I use that in addition to this pillow. On the days when I still have pain, I use the inversion table for traction and the pain relief is usually instantaneous. As other reviewers have noted, this pillow was not comfortable for the first few days. Lots of pressure on the base of my skull and on my ears from the "lobes" would cause those areas to be a bit sore in the morning. However, my intense neck pain was so significantly alleviated that I decided to stick with it to see if my body would adapt to the pillow. After about a week, the "pressure" issues disappeared and the neck relief benefits remained. I've been using the pillow for about a month and recently purchased one for my husband as well.

I was having a rough time with neck pain waking me up quite a few times during the night about a month ago and finally decided to get this pillow. After the first night of sleeping on it my neck pain felt much better and I slept much better overall. After about a week or so my neck pain was gone. I tend to sleep mostly on my back and this pillow works perfectly for back sleepers. What I like most about this pillow is the material. It's not an extremely soft pillow because it's meant to be supportive, but almost has the feel of memory foam. I highly recommend this pillow, my only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner! The customer service team helped me narrow down to a few pillows and I chose this one! I am happy!

I am a stomach sleep but i am trying to train myself to sleep on my side, and am trying to learn to sleep on my back with the goal of little movement during sleep (which is difficult to do when you're a stomach sleeper since your body automatically wants to adjust periodically to relieve stress on the neck). Until I got this pillow, I had NEVER been able to sleep on my back--I just couldn't fall asleep that way. The first night I used this pillow, however, I fell asleep right away on my back--it's also great for when I inadvertently turn onto my side in my sleep (which I tend to do even with this pillow). For what it's worth, I'm a female (5'4") with a long neck, and this works great for my body type; however, my partner is much taller with a regular length neck and he really liked it too. Overall, I think it's a great value for the money and I received prompt, courteous service from the seller (wholesalepoint.com).
