After being diagnosed with a herniated disk in my back I needed a better supporting pillow. This one was it! Being able to change the foam core to change the support is genius! Some nights I need more support than others depending on how much pain I'm in and I can just swap out the rolls. Love it!

I no longer get a stiff neck or severe pain down my arms from this amazing pillow. Great customer service too! I expedited my shipment and received the next day!
