The ABC workout from SPRI takes its name from "Adjustable Band Conditioning," the full phrase to describe working out with flat resistance bands. Easily adjustable and varying in resistance level, the flat bands add toning challenge to a wide range of lower body exercises. They can be used to help tone, tighten, and strengthen the hips, glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, and inner thighs.
