Detecto's stainless steel PZ3000 series features totally zeroing of each ingredient for more sanitary conditions and faster prepping. The scales allow convenient units switching between most used measurements and each measurement can easily be turned off.
This ingredient scale features an AC adapter or battery operation with up to 50 hours of continuous use. Non-skid feet allow it to remain steady on slippery surfaces and optional foot tare and mountable push button switched are available.
The PZ3060 features a standard bracket for mounting the display on the front of the scale base. It has a capacity of 60 lb x oz / 60 lb x .02 lb / 30 kg x .02 kg; a platter size of 14" W x 12" D x 3" H / 36 cm W x 30 cm D x 8 cm H; and a shipping weight of 24 lb / 11 kg.
