Weight Scales
Monitoring weight is about more than weight loss. It’s a way to gauge and monitor our overall health, wellbeing, and fitness level. Our weight plays a primary role in each of these.

Weight Scales are used to determine our current weight. Analog (dial) or digital weight scales are inexpensive and available for home use in many designs and colors to match any décor. Digital Weight Scales are usually battery operated and have the capability of storing weight records over a period of time. Analog Weight Scales don’t offer that capability, but they are as accurate. Both scales can be purchased to provide readings in pounds or kilograms.
Physicians use medical Weight Scales, which are highly calibrated to ensure a true reading for a longer period of time. These weight scales can be mechanical balance beam scale which use counter weights to provide a true and accurate reading, or they can be digital, providing the same level of accuracy through an LCD display.
