We take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly. We carefully check every item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure every item arrives safely. Orders normally ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS within 1-2 days when in stock. Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and can take a little longer. For your convenience, whenever we ship an order, we electronically mail a shipping confirmation notice including the tracking number from UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a local delivery service.
- Free Shipping on orders over $35 is for ground service within the lower 48 states only. It does NOT apply to Hawaii, Alaska, PR, or Canada.
- Free Shipping does apply to some items, including, but not limited to, heavier items or items requiring truck or tailgate delivery, or over-sized items. This applies only to commercial loading dock deliveries.
- Wholesale Point does NOT ship to International, PO or APO/FPO addresses for any reason, under any circumstance.
- Wholesale Point does NOT accommodate a personal pickup of the merchandise.
- Items with free shipping have a shipping cost imputed in the total cost.
- Wholesale Point does NOT refund shipping costs for any reason, under any circumstance.
- We only ship on Mondays through Fridays. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
- Estimated shipping time means the number of business days. This does not include weekends and holidays.
- Expedited shipments are shipped on Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays. Please note that 1 day, 2 day and 3 day shipping refers to business days and does not include weekends and holidays.
- Expedited shipments received after 2PM or on the weekends will ship the next business day.
Drop Ship Orders
Orders that are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer's availability and shipping schedule. Some items are special order or built-to-order and can take an average of 5-7 business days to ship. We make reasonable attempts to provide and display a shipping lead time on each product we sell. If you would like a drop shipped item expedited, please place your order by phone to guarantee your order can be expedited.
Shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico
Canada & Puerto Rico shipments require an additional shipping charge and a telephone number for customs paperwork. You must include your telephone number.
Wholesale Point is NOT responsible for fees, taxes, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees associated with shipping product to Canada and Puerto Rico. UPS/FedEx charge a brokerage fee to handle the paperwork, collect the taxes from you (C.O.D.) and remit the taxes to your local government.
Shipments other than Ground (Express, Overnight, Second day, Select, etc.) must be placed by phone in order to guarantee your order can be shipped expedited.
WE ALWAYS TRY TO GET EVERY ITEM OUT WITHIN 1-2 DAYS. BECAUSE OF INVENTORY CONDITIONS (SOME ITEMS ARE DROP SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURER), SHIPPING, AND MATTERS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, OUR SHIPPING POLICY SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS A GUARANTEE OR PROMISE THAT WE WILL SHIP ON A SPECIFIC DAY. Title and Risk of Loss
Title to items being purchased passes from us to you at the time of shipping. You agree to take on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. Wholesale Point will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. Wholesale Point will not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo or other acts or events outside of the reasonable control of Wholesale Point.
